Haipei Industry specialize in the Exotic Material special shaped super-thickness Ultra Heavy heads fabrication of GB ASME standards and ours service involving the bespoke manufacture of blue drawing, sample, raw material ,conventional tank heads, from carbon, alloy, and low alloy steels, stainless clad, titanium, nickel, Aluminum and SA516 grade 70 carbon steel. Our products are primarily intended for use as pressure vessels, tanks, and boilers, and manufactured to all applicable GB, ASME, DIN, and GOST standards.And the tank heads can be fabricated in configurations such as, dished or flanged only, standard flanged and dished, ASME flanged and dished, or ASME 2:1 semi elliptical. We possess the welding capabilities to accommodate almost any design or applicable standard, our certified welders and advanced welding equipment are prepared to provide stick-electrode, semi-automatic, gas shielded, and submerged arc welding. Manufacturing seamless tank heads from 6" up to 260" in diameter, in thicknesses from 0.1" to 18", with various prepped edges, such as trimmed, untrimmed, beveled, or tapered. We also offer stress relieving and blasting services including post weld heat treating, normalizing, and annealing. A wide array of specialized testing is also available, with full test data reporting. We offer our products in the following materials:

Carbon Steel: SA36, SA516-70, SA387 Grade 5 Class 2, SA285 Grade C 

Stainless Steel: SA240T304/304L, SA240T316/316L, SA240T304H, SA240T904/904L

Torispherical Head (also called torispherical dish end or torispherical ends) is widely applied for pressure tanks to storage liquids and gasses. The torispherical head consists of a spherical surface, a cylindrical edge of a certain height, and a transition section connecting the above two parts with a radius of curvature smaller than the radius of the sphere. Our asme torispherical head can be made with carbon steel, stainless steel, austenitic and non ferritic metals that can be cold worked. The stress distribution of torispherical dish head is not as uniform as elliptical head, but the manufacturing processing of the torispherical head is easier. However, torispherical dish end is the better option when the elliptical head of the mold processing is difficult. We can fabricate torispherical ends in most popular sizes and thicknesses.

We can do the drawings according to your requirements, and you confirm that the final product drawings.

Q: what are surface treatment of the product?

A:Thanks for your question. For carbon steel products, we sandblasting descaling product surface. For stainless steel products, we use acid to remove surface oil and impurities.
