Fabrication Methods

1. SpinningSpinning is a precision technique where a flat round blank is mounted on a lathe and spun at high speed. Our skilled craftsmen use various tools to form the blank into a hemisphere. We offer size ranges from Φ89mm to Φ13,500mm, with thickness options from 2mm to 400mm. A 45° welding groove is also incorporated for seamless welding of the spherical halves into a hollow ball.
